Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

To be eligible for a return:


  • Items must be in new condition

  • All original packaging and contents must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Because many Ace & Bogey items are designed as keepsake gifts, we are unable to accept returns on items that show signs of use.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item and packaging

We will gladly send a replacement or arrange a refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Ace & Bogey is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
